I mean, blizzard wasted so much money on forced / pretend hype for heroes of the storm trying to make it happen and people just said “no. This isn’t going to happen.” And they gave up.

So no, I won’t be watching mdi. I want blizzard to fix the game I play.

And yes, blizzard holds off on class balance until awc and mdi are over, they are directly tied.

MDI and AWC eventually leads to class balances which is fine by me.

MDI and AWC prevent class balancing. They don’t want to disrupt those things so they don’t balance anything until after they are over. The rest of us suffer as a result.

Wow was never a really good game to watch. It was mildly interesting during BC arena. I can’t imagine watching other people do mythic dungeons that exciting, especially when the class balance is pretty bad right now.

LOL what a dumb statement. You do know WoW hasn’t come close to TBC-Wrath Era WoW in a long long time. WoD might of been the closest when they peaked with subs up pretty high but this game has been on the decline ever since.

The eSports Arena and MDI is Blizzard once again being too late to the game (kind of like they were with their MOBA, even with DOTA being a WC3 custom game) trying to capitalise in any way possible the explosion of people watching other people play video games. Too bad not a lot of people want to watch this stuff. AwC gets like 25-30k viewers…and some guy I’ve never heard of has 500k watching his Fortnite skin reveal.
