Yeah normal/heroic/mythic 0 hasn’t had the difficulty scaled since the expac release so if you play properly a group of 330s can do it. Unfortunately a huge percentage of the player base plays badly and rely on over gearing content to do it. 410 is a bit silly since the gear that drops is lower than that.
