I completed a 15+ mythic key on time and when I looted my chest I only received a 13 key. Everyone I did the dungeon with got a 14 and I normally would have gotten a 14. Not sure what is going on.
Are you sure you didn’t already have the key before the run? It’s possible you just didn’t notice it until everyone was checking their keys.
