While I admit, I want Ravencrest’s Wrath and Howling Echoes in my transmog collection, there’s just one obstacle, in my way, which is the “Mythic Keystone” difficulty. I can’t even get into Mythic 0s, let alone Mythic+ dungeons, every time i queue for them, I get denied and rejected. So maybe, when Black Rook Hold is no longer in the Mythic Keystone rotation, maybe you folks in Blizzard could make them still obtainable in regular Mythic Black Rook Hold, please? If so, I’d greatly appreciate it, and would Black Rook Hold until both weapon mogs are finally mine! It would be a nice thing to do, because not everyone can even get invited to Mythic 0 Dragonflight dungeons, let alone this season’s Mythic Keystones
You can’t queue for Mythic dungeons.

in the premade group finder under “dungeons”. every mythic i ever signed up for, i get declined by whoever forms the group.
That isn’t queueing. And the only reason I point this out is because we get a lot of angry posts on this forum because people don’t understand how the game works.
Queueing means when you get to the front of the line, the next spot is yours. Just like how it works in the checkout line a the grocery store. Group finder is not queueing.

How long are you trying for?
Are you singing up for a ton of them at a time?
Because I was trying for a while, and eventually you do get an invite. My very first one was a +2 and it went horribly wrong because myself and 3 others were new, and I think I only got like 15 points for my rating, so I was worried that would make it impossible to get groups after, but it didn’t at all.
Just keep spamming +2 groups.
A good idea is to only try to get groups where the leader has a very low rating, because it’s doubtful someone with a high rating is going to invite you.

At 449 iLvl you should have no problem getting into +2-5’s. Probably an instant invite, even with no IO.

I got into +4 with 435 alt earlier today. No IO at the time.
Turned out to be a mess because the tank thought they were in a normal and tried to pull an entire wing of the dungeon, but I’d gotten into that mess.
Premade > dungeons, type “black” into the search, select Blackrook Hold mythic key stone, append " 002-005" onto the dungeon name in the search field and refresh.
And most importantly, don’t worry if things go sideways. Happens a lot in lower keys. Just learn what you can from it and get into another one.
It’s delightful this week not having something horrible happen every time a monster dies, at least.
People did +20s with 449
Have you tried Mythic0? The items you want seem to be on that loot table. Also, I understand you can talk to a NPC and get a low level key for yourself, so you could start one.
You can just go and do mythic 0 by manually walking in the instance (set your dungeon difficulty to mythic first by right clicking your frame and finding the option). Literally nobody makes active groups for regular mythic BRH these days.
You’re plenty geared enough to do low and mid keys. Be a tank because as DPS you’re competing against way more people. Stick to +6 and under and there is literally no affixes besides either meaner trash or bosses to deal with.
if people are declining you for m0’s this week it’s because people who make groups are doing the weekly quest for 4 m0’s and are probably waiting for 470+ ilvl gigachads to carry their alts…and it takes no time for those people to sign up, either. they have little reason to invite lower people.
i’d make your own group or try to q for +2’s to get the mog, you can probably get in fine.
