It’s a slightly better approach than being declined to groups. You’re still waiting for decent players (Including a tank/healer). You’re still being judged. You’re still getting the scraps.
The solution is play your off-spec, find a tank/healer pal, be meta, be over geared, or find a static group.
There’s also the whole ordeal of M+ degradation over time. The earlier in the season you hit your goals, the less you deal with the overall woes of the queue system.
