no? delves weren’t marketed as a difficult thing to be completed by the best classes. it was marketed a soloable adventure for all players.

Are we doing t8 and m0 with the recommended ilvl? I can solo 8s and contribute to m0 with an ilvl 585 but i suspect they are tuned for 600s. If we’re trying them while undergeared early on then it sounds about right.

Normal ones are. The Bountiful ones though were billed as an alternative to M+ and Raiding for solo and small group enjoyers and they totally hit the mark on that.
i agree. it’s wild to me that the egotists here are trying to gaslight you into thinking you have a skill issue lol. i’d love to know what they’re doing to dodge auto attacks that hit for like 25% of your damn health bar.
I haven’t done the delve climb yet, but Tier 8 being difficult sounds like a good thing, given how it’s the final tier for maximum rewards.
I’m a little disappointed people are getting there that easy. I hope it’s more of a challenge than it sounds when I play it tonight. It’s meant to be a progression system and this is week 1. Would be a real shame if everyone could clear it this week.
Haven’t had any issues with Delves as yet. Though my wife is playing her BM hunter and I on my RET Paladin, both around 580+ Item level. Planning on trying more tonight to see how they turn out. Enjoying the content thus far, at least with delves and other content.
9-11 Delves are for the challenge but the gear rewards cap at Champion and Hero from the vault and don’t increase in ilevel. You might get more Brann experience and maybe a bigger amount of some of the currencies from chests perhaps tho.
But if you’re asking about damage and hp it should increase significantly by Tier 11.
I understand that they are designed for the long term and we all have lots of gearing to do but I want to agree with you. However, I thought Mythic 0 was supposed to be as difficult as an old Mythic +10. Having only ran 1 Mythic 0, I found it to be an expected challenge. Mechanics mattered a lot more than Heroics mechanics.
Now Bountiful Delves on the other hand I feel are a bit over tuned for a solo player at 8 and above. Took me a lot of unexpected effort to clear a Bountiful 7 Delve. It also took a lot longer than expected. Far from a 15min bite size piece of content. I had to be smart, LOS pull when it even worked, use most of my CD’s available. Always move and always interrupt the correct cast. Brann more or less was useless IMO. His pet was CC’ed most of the time. The healing he provided me usually vanished before I got to it.
Overall, I feel everything needs some level of encounter balancing. Especially if Delves are trivial at all levels in a group.
