Normal Mythic drops 370 ilvl loot, but Mythic +2 drops 350 from the weekly chest? What the hell is this about?

I mean, to get decent stuff from the weekly chest, we gotta be forced to do high end keys now? Because recieving a 350 piece from the chest, when Heroic now drops 355 does not make any sense.
Wasn’t it supposed to scale up? Am I missing something?
EDIT: I got some 380 boots from my +2 box just now on my main. Seems to be working fine for me.
I would ask about that in a Help ticket because it should be dropping 380 in your weekly cache for a +2.
Didn’t m2 chests give 350 last season? Had to have been a bug.

Yes everything scaled up by 30 item levels with the start of Season 2.
Mythic+2 gives you 380 gear from your weekly chest, so either you are being dishonest with your link or there was an error

You mean you need to do higher keys to get better rewards from your weekly chest? I don’t understand how that is surprising.
It looks like you experienced a bug. I would submit a ticket and I’m sure someone can assist you.
Just to play Devil’s Advocate, could you not have had that item in your bags from a previous week before the ilvl of new drops scaled up?
