I transferred Omm-Arathor to my other account (now named Basta-Arathor) and my Mythic Keystone progress was wiped. I submitted a ticket and they indicated this would be handled by mobile support. The few runs that are listed there I ran after the transfer was complete. I am not able to upgrade gear per my history because the progress prior to the transfer is not showing.
