Mystic Touch needs to go

Your damage weakens the target, increasing Physical damage taken by 5%.

Spec aside Monk in general isn’t in a great place right now (going off of popularity from archon).

Monk brings very little to the table in terms of party composition. In terms of Mythic+, however I assume this also applies to raid, this is a particularly useless utility for groups to consider. This utility doesn’t help caster DPS at all and a majority of melee classes are doing a large percentage of non-physical damage. Whereas something like Chaos Brand can even boost a rogue’s damage.

This utility should be replaced with something useful.

Perhaps it should ne changed to a 5% overall damage increase.

5% physical damage is useful for some classes, however it completely ignores half a raid sometimes and 2/3 dps spots in an M+ group with casters and healers.

Just fuse chaos brand and mystic touch.

Now both do 3% physical+magic damage, or if too much nerf it to 2%/2%.

Alternatively, make it a crit buff simce we’re missing that at the moment.

Im kinda bummed they removed our +healing and avoidance buffs/auras.

Windwalking talent still kinda sucks and mystic touch isnt really that useful.

I’ve always thought Mystic Touch should buff Nature damage taken as well.

I don’t mind not having as much utility. Just give WW its guns back to compensate.

Thank god these got deleted. They were uninspired bloat on our talent tree that ate up four points. Windwalking can be salvaged. Blizz just needs to get it through their heads that group movement speed was a WW thing first before Aug got it.

Chaos brand got nerfed to 3% right? Vs Mystic Touch at 5%?

Bring back Legacy of the Emperor buff in some capacity. I think it was called legacy of the white tiger at one point too.

Hmm, idk. I think it is kinda what a monk does though, weakens the foe physically making them vulnerable to physical damage… It’s niche I guess, but still.

Nah. Windwalking is pointless bloat and they have been ignoring us asking for it to be buffed for over a year now. Personally wouldn’t mind if it was deleted entirely.

Id rather the 8% healing on allies make a return, or if we want to keep buffs smaller the 4% avoidance. At least those were useful. ( and we could have them both at the same time )

I always wanted us to give out tea as a healthstone equivalent.

It has potential, and our capstones could use work anyway. Blizz should delete Jade Walk and move Lighter Than Air to its place. Then they could just make Windwalking absurd and make it the new capstone where Light Than Air used to be. Something along the lines of a flat 20%-30% movespeed increase for monk only, and never dropping below 100% movespeed ever.

Brewmaster had nimble brew as a PvP talent where you could give people a on use trinket for stuns and fear and you gave out two of them but it never worked so it could be easily done
