I blew the Great Horn of the Runestag and the Mystic Rainbowhorn never spawned. I had my hearth stone set to Tirna Vaal so I was able to move to the spawn point very quickly and there were others who had been waiting there for 2 hours for this, but they never saw the rare either. =(
