Completed Spires of Ascension on my Kryian paladin. Picked up the quest “Soul Led Astray” from Thenios in Elysian Hold. Went to Eonian Archives, but could not find the Mysterious Soul Mirror that I should have received from Devos. Was finally able to complete this quest.
