Today, all of my characters received 2 in-game mails from Thaumaturge Vashreen. One contains a piece of Wildercloth, and is lootable. The second message contains a Vibrant Shard, but attempting to loot it from the mail gives an error that the item does not exist.
To my knowledge, I did nothing to prompt this. And the fact that it’s the same 2 messages on ALL of my characters points to this being a bug of some kind.
I got the same 2 mails on all off my toons. Including all of my low levels. Upon opening them i think i got one shard on one of them and one wildercloth on a different one. All of the rest says that the item was not found. Its actually kinf of frusterating
Even new characters. Been considering making a new alt, and every time that I create one to check out some mog options on X race, I have to go to the mailbox to open Vashreen’s spam so that I’m allowed to delete them.
I created a brand new Blizzard account, on a brand new email address, on a fresh install of Windows 11, and I get those in game mails on a brand new character.
