I’m leveling to 50 in WOD. I wanted to get my garrison going so I started getting the easy followers. I picked up 3 of the items easily. The one in Talador at Sha’tari Market District seems to be glitched. I can see the vision of the Archmage as I approach the item location. As soon as I get there, the animation begins and he disappears, like normal. However, he doesn’t leave behind the quest item I need. I’ve left the area several times and go back. I even went back immediately after a server reset to see if it might have been a phasing issue or something. No luck. Does anyone know a fix for this?
I am having the same issue and it’s 3 years since this original post. November 2023!!! I reported this to customer service but got the ‘run around’ from them. Is this glitch EVER going to get fixed? Some of my toons don’t have an issue obtaining it but there are a few others that cannot get it because the item disappears when i get close to it.
