I have it on my map and the required prepoc training but when I go to start the mission, the fairy Glimmerence is AWOL so I cannot start the mission. It just keeps saying available but there is no way to start it without NPC.

It looks like this might be a bug or a quest in the area blocking it. Please try posting on the bug forums.

Also there is 11 threads on this … so it’s a bigger problem then I originally thought.
The quest giver isn’t there! I thought the quests in the area was the issue, but it isnt. i went and completed everything i possibly could for the day, quests, world quests and she still wont show up!
The quest giver simply isnt there. I thought the quests in the area was the thing as well but i did ever quest and every world quest in the entire zone and she still wouldnt show up!
