So I was running a +11 delve with Dps Brann and noticed that he stopped doing any damage when the Particularly Bad Guy got a Fear cast on him, decided to test this out and heal him for 3 minutes straight and the mob’s health hasn’t moved, I finished the delve (took a while as a healer) and opted to test this with Tank Brann and Healer Brann and heal them for 3 minutes straight after they get feared and it does the same thing, if Brann gets feared by that mob, he stops doing any damage even though the attack animations are going off.
