Yeah. I’m mostly used to it but I still get flashbacks to the “don’t tell strangers on the internet anything about yourself” lessons we got in school.
That’s just a general rule. I’ve given my social security number out plenty of times to completely trustworthy strangers. Unrelated note, I’ve had my identity stolen many times, must have been hackers or the viruses from those games I have installed, like WoW.
OK, since showing a picture of a monitor and keyboard on a desk seems to be some sort of social trigger, I’ll remove the post and delete the image. I just thought it would be fun to show pics of our computers since we communicate that way.

Your room is very tidy. Mine’s usually a mess.
Yours is pretty awesome— and clean! LOL My desk is a disaster. But it also has a drafting table on part of it with a diamond painting I’m working on.
My keyboard is under my desk, which is why you can’t see it in my pic.
I’d love to get myself a sit/stand desk. I sit too much, if I could shift it up and down to exercise my back and knees, it would be so much better. Perhaps one day…
Another second monitor person! I can’t help but have the forums open on the other one as well, it always gives me an excuse to keep posting here.
Yeah, we have them in our dispatch center and it’s nice.

It’s an old old monitor. I had to get a VGA adapter for it. LOL
