Raid attendance dropped since, and we didn’t even raid tonight. They’re all on D4.
Most of my guild took off the last month of season 1, came back hard for season 2 for a couple weeks and for the past couple seems like people are only logging in for Raid.
Even the game itself on a “full” server seems empty. Although some have mentioned the D4 events may create heavy sharping.
I like many elements of season 2, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of substance behind it. I wonder if a perhaps some stuff got cut just due to the apparent loss of talents recently.
We’re all playing D4 as well LMAO
Well, we were. Until the servers decided to go poopoo in their own pants just now.
Recently joined a new one and it’s goin pretty good
Old one not so much GMs been gone for a long time like I said I’d hold onto the rank for em till they get back because when I got back they were gone long enough someone could usurp them that was months ago…
Gave GM to an alt for now so no idea whats happening
Im rather excited, my guild lead has been gone for 2 weeks, and if they stay gone I get the guild, and whatever is in the bank. >:)
My guild is me, myself, and I and my hubby and all his himself, he and him. Been that way a very long time.
But I get if you have buddies you run with that we had a very long time ago… sad to see that break apart.
I’ve lost one to Diablo, the rest are lost to anticipation/excitement and life chores on the cusp of summertime. Even I took nearly a week off to catch up on the yard work.
Gonna be a slow season for sure.
It’s a new game and its incorporated things like renown into player power.
They’ll be there for awhile.
I said on your own time, not the progression raiding guild’s time. But that’s a call each guild has to make.
Most people understand that when you choose to give your time to a guild, it’s a commitment. When raid night is on, and if you want to be a part of it, you NEED to be there.
Then I might decide you won’t get a raid spot in the guild until you catch up. Let the punishment fit the crime for next season: if you’re gone 12 weeks, you’re going to be gone 12 weeks with no invites next season.
But this all depends on whether you’re in a guild that loves Diablo or not. But if said guild is serious about pushing Mythic, it should go without saying what is asked from each one.
They will be back. Don’t worry.
The story in Diablo 4 is so good. Hopefully WoW can get some of their writers XD
I don’t think WoW has a lot of staying power these days, at least retail.
I just finished the main story and capstone before bed last night. It’s really good. Really feels like a next gen Diablo 2
Cost way too much in my country without regional price, and you can’t buy it directly from blizzard, so you have to pay even more from third party
Congrats, WoW’s current situation is forcing people to play solo these days.
I’m just “Diablo-ed” out. Been playing them since ‘99 and I’m just tired of it.
Maybe if the price came down 50%, I might get it later. I’ll always have fond memories of old D2.
I don’t understand how older people can enjoy newer games. I’m just feeling BLAH about games in general. No interest in chasing after the next greatest thing.
Maybe it’s just a me problem. Low to no interest in doing anything but sleep. And I have so many RL obligations
My BF actually bought it for me, so I felt obliged to try it. I actually really love it. The Druid satisfies that daddy bear aesthetic, lol. I wish the beards were rendered better, though. They’re very pixelated.
It is so, so good and I love it. The map is absolutely massive with so many places that the main campaign doesn’t even touch, plus they already have two expansions planned. It’s fantastic.
It’s pretty dark so far.
Almost on par with Warhammer levels of grim dark.
It’s all my own time. Unless you’re paying me a salary, you aren’t the boss.
