Not sure why you wouldn’t be able to do it in a group. Maybe there’s an ilvl restriction there.

Potentially the other person/people simply haven’t got it unlocked.
There is still the requirement for each individual player to have unlocked a layer before you can enter as a group.
Maybe I need to run it on my main one more time. I haven’t been that active after I reached 8: “This unlock sharing can’t look back very far though, so if you haven’t run Torghast in a while, you’ll need to complete a run on your main, and you’ll then see the higher layers available on your alts.”
I doubt this is the case, but the person you are queuing with for sure has it unlocked right?
Because if they don’t, you can only queue for the highest the lowest progressed player has.
If that box is checked, its probably just a bug.
yeah when I left group, the group was able to queue for 8.
I’m having this problem as well. Created a group with an alt. Couldn’t queue anything but 1. Left group and the group could queue 8 and I could solo as well. As soon as I joined back, they couldn’t queue.
