Yes. After I unsubscribed I barely used the forums anymore so I eventually lost it due to the reading cap.

Go back to your old server and make a new character with that same name as before and you’ll still have the TL3 on her. It goes by name and server…

edit except now it’s over 70 days you’ve been on this character, so you might have lost the TL3 on your old name/server.
