My recipe to make fried chicken

Yes, my elves, humans and so on, today… Bari will teach you the ever lasting deliciousness of the fried chicken i make.

Now before i go on, few things to note here…

  • This isn’t good for calories.
  • And measurements has to change depending on how much chicken you’re dealing with.

So with that said, Chef bari gonna make you some fried chicken.

Here’s the ingredients you need:

  • Chicken tenders, usually 12 to 19
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 6 to 8 Eggs
  • 2 Jalapeno peppers.
  • A bag of chips of your choosing.
  • A ziplock bag and flour.
  • Spices of your choosing.
  • Vegetable oil and a big ole frying pan with cover and tongs.
  • 3 bowls with 1 cover, and 1 plate.
  1. The first thing you want to do, is wash your hands. Trust me, you’re gonna be want to do that ALOT.

  2. Next, is to separate put the chicken in the ziplock bag, then you fill it with approximately 3 - 4 cups of flour depending on how much chicken you’re making. Ziplock it and shake it around until it’s evenly coated.

  3. Crack your eggs next and add a bit of water in a bowl, and stir. Also optionally add some milk or other liquid dairy product you have like coffee creamer. (it’s milk of a sort, you won’t taste the difference too much)

  4. Then you mix the breadcrumbs, chips, finely chopped jalopenos, and other dry stuff in the dry mix bowl. Bonus points if you have the magic bullet. (That’s how i roll. :stuck_out_tongue: ) But a regular food processor can do to if you don’t feel like crushing and chopping. Plus, the finer the mix, the more the chicken will take.
How much you might need, depends on the amount of chicken you have, so for starters, you might need just a half a can of breadcrumbs, and entire bag of chips for 19, or half of a bag of chips for 12.

  5. Be sure to preheat the oven to low at this point on wherever you place your pan is and add oil until it’s evenly covered on the pan.

  6. Once that’s done, the fun part begins. oh by the way, wash your hands first before doing this also. Just to be on the safe side.
You take the chicken out of the flour bag, dip it in egg evenly, then gently put it in the dry mix, getting it evenly coated, and you put it on the plate, ready to be fried. And you repeat this until there’s no more chicken left in the bag.

  7. Then, wash your hands.

  8. Now here comes the boring part. You turn the heat up to 5 or medium, and you put up to 5 chicken on a pan and wait 7.5 to 8 minutes per side. Once that’s done, flip it over and wait another 7.5 to 8 minutes. Once you’re done with the five you cook, put them in the third bowl and put the cover on to keep them warm. As well dump the oil in the sink and reapply the oil on there and repeat until you have no more chicken to cook.

  9. After you’re done… you have fried chicken. :yum:

Serve it with fries, serve it with mash potatoes and gravy, serve it as a chicken burger, serve it all sauced up, or eat it as is. :+1:

That’s my recipe… and well… i don’t exactly have this written down (despite having done this before multiple times), so don’t be afraid to tweak it in any way you see fit.

(i don’t know if this was the correct place to put this in.)

Ugh, fried chicken is nasty.

Shake chicken parts in seasoned flour, fry, remove to platter, add flour milk and seasoning to drippings in pan to make gravy, serve with potatoes and whatever else you like.
