My Raid Group killed Rotface on 25 man normal and we didn’t receive any loot

Had this happen but, on a lesser scale. I was doing VH and we got Zuramat as the first boss, we killed him and he didn’t drop anything AND didn’t give us a badge. Wasn’t too upset about it buy, still annoying.

All that testing on PTR and they still can’t grasp the concept on releasing working content

i hope blizzard send them the loot asap, because most likely they answer such tickets with huge time and it’s frustrating waiting for your items.
the loot not dropping is bug which has nothing to do with icc itself
it can happen anywhere under certain circumstances for example if the unit(boss/mob) got killed in unrecognized spot or if server lagged the moment kill happen.

Had this happen once in Ulduar. Have the master looter open a GM ticket, it takes a while, but they can sometimes see what should have dropped and assign it as desired.
