I logged in and my quest tracker is gone. I disabled all addons and its still gone. What can I do?

Is it gone with the Classic/Modern EditMode presets as well?

yes, when I click edit its not there to move

Open Edit Mode and run:

/run ObjectiveTrackerFrame:ClearAllPoints() ObjectiveTrackerFrame:SetPoint("TOP")

Move it where you want it and save… worth a try.
