I am sorry, but bug reports are just a way to submit something to QA. They don’t engage in personal discussions with anyone. Bugs are fixed in patches when the Devs get to the bug. For lower priority bugs (not game breaking or part of the most current content) that can be a long time.
This is the most common reason people don’t see something in their menus. The filters can be confusing!
