I’ve been enjoying ED when it’s up (so much downtime from maintenance!). It’s mostly fun and I’ve gotten some good laughs from it too! The quest writers can be a treat.
But my main issue with ED is the size. I thought for sure lore made ED out like it was its own separate dimension and the size of Azeroth, but ED isn’t much bigger than an island in 10.2.
Yes, I love that mounts can come from seed planting. The seed planting is really addictive and a pleasure, and I enjoy the gamble. It doesn’t feel bad when we don’t get the best loot either, which is something I’m not quite used to in this game. I guess it doesn’t feel mindless? It’s fun though and I want to see this carry into more open-world content in the future.
ED is of course absolutely gorgeous, with the exception of the burnt parts from Fyrakk >:( But I just can’t get over that we’re on this island when ED should be much bigger.
So, how about after the Worldsoul Saga, we get an ED-centric expansion? An expansion that focuses on ED and makes it as sizable as Azeroth like the lore says.
Other than that, I’m enjoying ED as it is now. I just want more of it I suppose!
But jokes aside, I agree, the zone is on the smallish side. Otherwise, all the content is just fantastic. Having a great time (when I can log in of course, bnet is completely broken for some of us right now).
Wow, just wow. It took me like 30 seconds to figure out what ED meant other than what I thought it met. The wording worked perfect for both assumptions. Sorry couldn’t help myself.
