What would you say is the “iconic” Worgen class, something that fits them like a glove out of all the available options? I can’t seem to figure out what class to use with Worgen as nothing seems right to me.
Warlock or hunter. Although their animations are bizarre they looking amazing as warlocks… same can be applied for shadow priest look. I find hunter cool mainly because of the beast a master of beasts for the rp aspect
It’s probably hunter if anything.
I’d have thought Hunter too but I dunno, it feels wrong for a Werewolf to fight at ranged.
i’d say monk to use the invisible fist weapons but blizzard was cruel
What about an outlaw rogue?
It’s Druid.
I’ve seen far more Worgen Druids than I have any other class. Worgen shapeshifting is just the Druid of the Pack form. Their race has direct ties to the Scythe of Elune. And Druids were the one class that Worgen could be that Humans could not already be (and now Kul Tiras is adding Shaman, and the Tidesages will be their “iconic” class, so Humans can be everything).
My big complaint about worgen is that they only have 4 digits per extremity in worgen form, but they have 5 in human form.
only three classes that I see fitting and works for me. is rogue, warrior and druid. With rogue on top. Think about it. super scary sneaking on you.
Death Knight Worgen are pretty rad imo
Already have Night elf for Druid, though I had heavily thought about going that route, in the end it was the discoloration of the Cat Form tail that threw me off. I guess Rogue would be the closest plus I can sort of see them hiding in the shadows out of a sense of shame to their curse.
My problem is I kind of want a “representative” of each race on my character list. dunno why.
Hunter or Rogue are a nice fit. Although for rogue it would be especially nice if they could use their claws.
I refuse to go Death Knight Worgen. Just personal bias.
I mean, for me Night Elves are the go to Rogues. From Classic to present, we have bonuses to stealth (used to be increased effectiveness, now increased speed). Shadowmeld is lesser Vanish.
Our cultural identity is about the night and dark. Ambush tactics are our specialty, all the way back to WC3 when your raiding party would stumble into a group of Archers and Huntresses hiding in the darkness.
That said, I do think that the iconic Night Elf is probably Druid. Which is why I have two Druids.
Rogue/warrior and mog into the most hidden fist weapons you can find.
Casters look terrible. Hunter as well, but I guess maybe survival is ok. Feral if you like to play garbage. Not gonna touch on dk. You dont play worgen dk if you have a shred of self respect.
Hunter prolly, but mine is a Priest
Yea a lot of armor just looks awkward on them.
EZ: SV hunter.
Rogue, Warrior, Warlock and DK all suit them well IMO.
Warrior! Nothing works better then a raging werewolf in full plate. All of our shouts sound badass on a worgen as well.
