Usually either relogging or /reload will do the trick. Sometimes the language gets stuck. I saw a vulpera who couldn’t get back into orc the other day until they relogged.

But yeah if the language is actually stuck a reload usually works.
I can’t believe how lazy Blizz went on the Pandaren language. Some pseudo-Mandarin syllables would be better.

Yeah, they probably figured that at least one such would turn out to be some kind of obscenity in one or more dialects (or some other language entirely). And that’s a best case.
