I think it looks very cool and a bit hot. But I also think it’s a bit much going on with the armor.
I feel like it could lose one upside-down “V” on the thighs, the bulky part of the gauntlet, and move the lower ear ring/horn ring?, to the middle of the upper horns. Also the Dragon tail belt is very cool just think it should be skinnier.
All that metal plating and spot you’d want to protect the most is completely uncovered. I mean sheesh as many times as she’s nearly been killed you’d think she’d be smarter than this.
Does it really matter when all combat is being done as a twenty-foot-tall firebreathing lizard?
The tail of the armor is a bit too wide imo. It’s pretty distracting.

Yes, one good shot with an arrow while she’s standing around in humanoid form and it’s game over.

In a RL setting yes. Her armor set and others in this game are completely unpractical. But in a world where gear can be magically enhanced or even magic shields be put up, I believe at that point fashion would start playing a bigger roll to magic users then practicality.
I think the silver plating could’ve been black instead. And it’s weird that she has a metal tail

The only thing I wish they had done with this was give her an unique face. She just has one of the default Belf looks. And I know, before she had that and it was just the older model. I just feel like NPCs should be a special case.
Because Millificent doesn’t want other chicks looking at her man.

If the humanoid form is that much of a vulnerability, I can’t imagine any dragon would ever use it. Why would they? It’s not like “dragon form” needs to recharge. The stronger form is their natural form!
Not hot enough
Little thrown off by the tail belt(?), but otherwise really in love with this.
They have taken the gold trim as far as it should ever go and beyond. I realize they are attempting to bring out a particular style. However, at this point might as well just give her a giant gold bar as a suit and call it a day.

Yeah there’s a lot going on here compared to the concept art. Maybe it’s because they’re trying to shove all those details onto an itty bitty female blood elf frame.
