My New Hotfix List

Player vs Player

  • Conquest Point is increased by 100 point with each bracket ( i.e challanger bracket will recieve 750 conquest point for the week )

  • All Covenant class ability damage and healing are nerfed by 50% in instance pvp ( all previous covenant nerfs will be reverted )

  • Podtender ( Soulbind ) is easier to target

  • All non-PvP trinket are nerfed by 50% in pvp instances

Druid:

Feral:

  • healing is reduced by 10%

Balanace:

  • Healing is reduced by 10%
  • Starsurge damage is reduced by 20%
  • Wrath and Starfire damage is increased by 20%

Restoration:

  • Healing is increased by 4%

Death knight:

Frost:

  • Death Strike Healing is increased by 15%

Unholy:

  • Damage is increased by 5%
  • Death Strike Healing is increased by 15%

Mages:

  • Triune Legendary is nerfed by 50% in PvP instances

Fire:

  • Pyroblast damage is reduced by 25%
  • Fireball and Scorch damage are increased by 25%

Frost:

  • Frostbolt and Flurry damage is increased by 10%

Arcane:

  • Arcane Missiles damage is reduced by 10%
  • Arcane blast damage is increased by 10%

Rogues:

Assassination:

  • Damage is increased by 5%

Outlaw:

  • Damage is increased by 5%

Warriors:

Arms:

  • Ignore Pain Effectiveness is reduced by 50% in PvP Instances.
  • Intervene intercepting 50% of all melee and ranged attacked in PvP instanecs.

Fury:

  • ‘New’ Bloodwound ( Pvp Talent ) : Bloodthirst now apply mortal wound on the target reducing their healing recieved by 25% for 5 sec

Paladins:

Protection:

  • Word of Glory healing nerfed by 50% in pvp instances
  • Damage is reduced by 5%

Retribution:

  • Word of Glory healing is nerfed by 50% in pvp instances
  • Templar Verdict Damage is reduced by 10%

Holy:

  • Word of Glory healing nerfed by 10% in pvp instances

Shaman:

Restoration:

  • Reptide healing is reduced by 20% and mana cost increased.
  • Earth Shield healing is reduced by 10%
  • Healing Surge and Healing wave healing increased by 10%

Enhancement:

  • Healing is reduced by 10%
  • Doomwinds ( Legendary ) now has 25% chance to proc ( was 100% )

Elemental:

  • Stormkeeper increased the next 2 lighting bolt damage by 100% ( was 115% )

Warlocks:

Affliction:

  • Demon Armor ( PvP Talent ) increases Armor by 200% ( was 90% )

Destruction

  • Chaos bolt damage is reduced by 25%
  • Damage is increased by 10% ( this doesnt affect chaos bolt )

Demonology:

  • Damage is increased by 10%

Hunters

  • Pets stamina is increased by 10%
  • Pets Armor is increased by 150%
  • Pets Damage is increased by 5%

Beast Mastery:

  • Kill command damage is increased by 15%
  • Barbed Shot damage is increased by 10%

Survival:

  • Damage is increased by 5%

Priest:

Shadow:

  • Damage is reduced by 5%

Holy:

  • Healing is increased by 10%
  • Holy Ward ( PvP Talent ) cooldown increased to 60 second ( was 30 sec ) and it can’t be purged.
  • Divine Acension ( PvP Talent ) removed.

Monks:

Windwalker:

  • Rising Sun kick damage is reduced by 10%
  • Xuen damage is reduced by 10%
  • Blackout kick damage is increased by 15%

Mistweaver:

  • Healing is increased by 5%
  • Vivify mana cost is reduced to 2.1% base mana ( was 4.1% )
  • Enveloping Mists mana cost is reduced to 4.5% ( was 6% )

Demon hunter:

Havoc:

  • Damage is increased by 5%
  • The Hunt damage is reduced by 10%

Looks a bit too harsh.

I really like these changes, personally I feel like Assassin is already very strong, but is overshadowed by Sub rogue. With covenant abilities being hit with another nerf, Sub rogue will fall back in line. Because of this I don’t think the 5% buff to Assassin is needed.

Another thing is that Podtender should be untargettable by any heal/benefecial spell in PvP if we’re gonna keep it. The Priest Power Infusion should be reduced to 10% Haste or 15% haste in PvP. I don’t think that DH needs more damage, but rather needs more defensives (Another charge of their dodge would be so dope or give them Demon Armor)

For Warlocks just make Demon Armor a class passive, it’s basically mandatory in PvP and it wouldn’t hurt to up their survivability because they have no mobility.

Revert the Dampening Change, all these in combined would make the perfect PvP meta imo.

Stahhhhhp with the armor… That only stops phys damage, which is barely anything right now. Just make it % damage reduction just like D stance from wars. If anything I’d push for UA to baseline be able to be on 3 targets in pvp, and make a new pvp talent that makes our shieldwall a shorter cooldown with multiple charges or something not 3 min.

Fireball and Scorch damage should not increase
chaos bolt damage remain the same, but base cast time reduced by 0.5 sec.
Demon Armor increnase armor by 300% and hp by 10%

I want to see the meta change because I hate how it is right now, it’s not fun to play in at all. The OP created this post in an attempt to help all players that participate in PvP and specifically asked that if you don’t like it provide constructive feedback why so that we can work together.

and if you are going to cut ele burst and not buff survivabilty thats unpleasant.

Ehhh >_> I can get my cast time down to like 1.8 for the initial and 1.3 for the second cast… I don’t think we need the ability to fire off 2 chaos bolts in under a second with power infusion. Thaaaat’s not the right approach. Destro and Afflic need ways to survive when they get locked down, they don’t need more damage, they have good damage. The problem is surviving and getting casts off vs this mongo meta.

So you want to further discourage people from swapping to other covenants? This would make good covenants acceptable and make bad covenants really really bad. This is a bad change.

I could be wrong, but I think this would actually be a net positive change for convoke.

15% sounds good and all until you realize that all you do is turn a 1500 death strike heal into a 1725. Unless you meant make it heal for 25% up from 10%, which actually would be a good change.

Unnecessary. Ignore pain is hardly the issue with Warrior.

Targeting WOG is a poor solution, you should be targeting Healing Hands and Hand of the Protector talents.

Ret will need something to replace the healing–likely not going to happen without a class overhaul

Doomwinds is fine. People are abusing a bug.

Warlocks don’t need more survivability

If you think this will solve the issue of pets dying, you’re wrong.

Maybe if you were this good at predicting the future in arenas you wouldn’t be calling for most of these nerfs

Nah Rogue needs nerfed they aren’t OP but they could use a BFA Enh sham treatment for at least 1 patch
