Would be seriously nice to get at least some feedback on this. My Earthen hunter has had this sitting in their bags pretty much since I made them and I try daily to use it in the hopes something has been done… My understanding is that this was a bug way back in alpha, was fixed in beta, but apparently now somehow made it to live and has been ignored for weeks.

Unable to learn on my drac, just farmed it. Since undead dino is one of the best PvP pets, this is kind of important to fix.

I was finally able to use it when 11.0.5 came out. But prob same issue is occuring with Dracthyr now.
