My level 50 DH can't queue for Solo Islands - Flynn isn't there by the table

Can someone please assist me? Flynn is offering me “The Smoking Gun” quest but he’s standing next to Cyrus Crestfall in a building - yet on my main he’s by the table allowing me to queue for solo Islands.

Can someone please tell me how to unlock Solo Islands on alts?

Have you established two footholds in the other faction’s continent? After that you should get a quest called The Azerite Advantage. This quest will lead you to talk to Flynn and then you’ll do a Tutorial IE. Once that is done, you can queue for them.

Just ignore the level requirements, since those were pre-squish.

You only need to complete one quest.

To anyone who cannot see Flynn Fairwind at the Expedition Table:

  1. Get to the Harbormaster’s Office in Boralus(67.76 / 22.05) (Flynn Fairwind should be standing in this room.)
  2. Pick the quest (The Smoking Gun) from Flynn, complete it. (Just shoot at the barrel via the extra action button.)
  3. Pick the quest (The Ashvane Trading Company) from Cyrus Crestfall(same room), complete it. (Right click on Ferry, then you can fly, no need to take a boat.)

You are done! Fly back to the expedition table and you will already see Flynn without relog.

Is this just an Alliance issue? I vaguely remember on an Alliance character back during BfA having issues trying to find Flynn, because when you need him he’s somewhere else. Bad design.
