A couple other things to try if the 30 minute wait fails:

  1. Try killing your character, then attempt either revive or call after you’ve rezzed.
  2. Try “/console reloadui” (without the quotes) for a soft reset of your UI.
  3. Do a complete UI Reset to rule out a corrupt UI interfering (especially since there was a major patch recently)
