My hunt for Aeonaxx is over... in the craziest way

So. I have a friend that started playing WoW and He’s basically new and off the fresh boat. Me and him are leveling dark iron dwarfs and meanwhile he’s goofing about in Deepholm. I tell him about Aeonaxx and how ungodly rare it is. THIS MOTHER TRUCKER BRO says to me while I’m on watching YouTube waiting for dungeon ques says: “is this it?”

I damn near crapped my pants when I see the rare just swirling over a rock on his discord stream. I never have switched toons so quickly in my life before. He is only two days into playing… like holy crap. 13 years of hunting…

Congrats. Yeah, that particular hunt took me 4 years of camping pretty often. Ended up finding it on B.E.L.F.I.E. patch day in WoD when everyone was making a blood elf due to the updated models. :sweat_smile: Aeonaxx was just chilling right outside when I zoned in that evening. It was wild.
