I logged onto my holy paladin and none of my guild perks are listed in my spell book. I am exalted with my guild and they have all of the perks.

This has also happened to me and my guildies in Cataclysm Classic (Mankrik ). Not all of my characters have been impacted, but most have. The issue started happening around the time the bug with guild rep started with DS launch.
Not all guild perks are lost, but once they’re lost they are usually Chug-a-lug, Mobile Banking and the fast running while dead.
Leaving guild/rejoining does not fix it. Hard casting lost abilities such as Mobile Banking does not work. Clearing cache/WTF and relaunching client does not work. Disabling all addons does not work.
The only “solution” that we currently have is to leave guild, join a different guild, leave said different guild and rejoin our original guild. This does get the abilities back but rep is reset to Neutral, and the abilities can be lost again at any time so it’s not a long term solution.
This has been reported in-game as well as via a ticket but Customer Support was not helpful at all by both saying they’re not aware of any bugs and also that they expect a solution soon.
I’m in the same situation in cataclysm classic. I’ve lost all of my guild perks, while still being exalted with my guild. *edited to add - This affects all of my characters in the guild.
While I am aware some members of our guild had prior issues with guild rep being reset, I believe the missing guild perks bug has only started to affect our members since the patch on 3/18/25.

I am also having this issue across all of my toons. I am exalted with my guild, but missing all the guild perks. I had them last night, but today they are all gone.
Same issue here. A few weeks ago, my main lost all their rep (still working through Honored), but now this week all my characters can no longer access their Guild Perks.
Same here. No longer have any of the guild perks. Was exalted. Actually my rep screen still says im exalted with my guild, all of my guild perks are missing though.
Bumping for visibility - this also happened to me randomly (2 of my toons). My rep says Exalted with my guild, but I don’t have The Quick and the Dead perk, Chug-a-lug, nor mobile banking.
Also happened to most of my toons.
The decay going on in what I’d consider core aspects of the game is terrifying. Cash cows aren’t supposed to be zombies!

Still no guild perks. Super annoying.
My guild rep was reset to Neutral today on my Rogue. It had been Exalted for many many YEARS. But my perks still seem to be working?
Guild perks still broken. Hasty Hearth and Mobile Banking not being available are what is slowing me down the most…
