My guild does not show up in Guild Finder

Hello!! My guild does not show up in the guild recruitment box for people to join. People cannot search for it. We are an active guild, I am the GM, I keep the guild recruitment info current. Still, it does not show up for others. (Iron Phoenix, Darrowmere)

“L” (a GameMaster) looked into it and had me refresh the info again and deactivate/activate the “show in guild finder” box, which I did, but all that accomplished was the guild shows up for ME in the guild search box, but I am already a member. It still does not show up for non-members, even when they search for the guild by name.

“R” (another GameMaster) also looked into this, because I had a guildie test this out and it was not showing for her. My guildie showed me a screen shot for verification. “R” suggested I submit this as a bug, which is what I am now doing. With TWW fast approaching I really want this situation resolved so we can get new members to take with us on new adventures!

Again, this is Iron Phoenix on Darrowmere. We take alliance and horde, alts are welcome.

ETA: For some reason an alt’s name & picture is what’s displayed. She is not even in the guild! LOL

To be specific for you, horde cannot search for it. Alliance can.

Thanks for your response! You were at least able to find our guild! I am ecstatic about that. I don’t know how you found us, but I am glad you did.

FWIW, I do not know how/why Brittneyluxe was chosen as the OP. I do not play her, she is on a realm that cannot join the guild anyway. I spend most of my time on my alliance toons, and was on an alliance toon when I made the OP. We have both horde and alliance members now, we have since guilds could accept both kinds of members/cross-faction. I am new here and obviously messed up.
