Hey there, so I did these so long ago I don’t even remember what part she’s missing… maybe someone here can help.
She is exalted with Proudmoore.
She has Loremaster of Kul Tiras.
She finished the quest line ending in Siege of Borlus, which we just finished on Heroic.
The only thing left to my knowledge, is the meeting where Jaina and her mother reunite, but we can’t find the quest anywhere. I thought it took place in their garden area, the same place where Jaina’s mother almost gave control to …the evil one lol.
Anyone have any ideas? She’s got the achievement for siege, and it was her first time through. I had her talk to Jaina, she watched her call in the kul tiran fleet. Just to be sure, I had her go back to make sure she hadn’t accidentally dropped the seige quest before finishing it, but the quest giver had no quest, so she did complete it.

Try to find Genn Greymane.
He gives the final quest “A Nation United.” Which leads you to the cutscene you’re thinking of.
Genn will either be at Daelins Grave or in harbor masters office where Cyrus is.

EDIT: Nothing there either. I just found the macro you can run to check the status of your quest chain, and it says she needs siege of boralus… we literally just finished it! Think this is a bug ><

This might be a longshot, but did you stay in the dungeon and turn in the quest directly to Jaina?
I know some people just leave after finishing it and forget to turn in directly there.

Figured it out. She had dropped the portion of the quest that sent her to Daelins Grave from Stormwind. She’s watching the cutscene now and then we should be good. Thanks Frelda

I’m in a similar boat, Genn not in harbor master’s office but I never had a quest from stormwind. I just transfered characters and trying to complete this quest chain to get Kul Tirans.
Any help?
I’m guessing by transferring that you mean factions. Did you ever do the opening quest to get to Kul Tiras?
I did not, it seemed to be already unlocked. I thought because I already have the loremaster and pride of kul tiras achieves from horde. I did think about that though and tried to see if I could pick up the quest in stormwind, but the quest giver is not on the dock

On second thought, it might not actually be so up to date after all. It still lists all those dungeon quests which I believe are no longer required. If I remember rightly, you do still get the quests, but you should be able to speak to the npc again and get some kind of option to continue anyway. Or something like that.
yeah definitely looked at all the guides… the problem is the next step isn’t available to me
yeah I’ve done all the quests, including the dungeons. I should be on the last one A Nation United but the quest giver Genn Greymane is not in the harbormaster’s office to give me the quest
Then you probably should have posted in CS, instead of necroing a 2 year old thread. The reps in CS will have a better idea how to help than the players in GD, since they can look at what specifically is going on with your toon.
CS isn’t for quest problems. They’ll move it back here. There’s nothing wrong with the necro. He probably found it on Google, he’s never posted here before.

The dungeon quests do have skips now, you gotta talk to the NPC who gives the dungeon quests a second time to see the skip option. You can also use the skip option even if you did the dungeon.
Also all the NPC’s required for the unlock are IN the BFA zones, not in places like Stormwind or Orgrimmar. For characters like Genn, check the ship that sort of acts as your base of operations.
Edit: BFA Zones, not Shadowlands, having trouble waking up today
