My general macros are wiped when I /reload

a few years i ask a gm about this “bug” and the reason is because the .exe dont have the “enough” permission for edit the WoW folder where are the macros.
but is better exit the game everytime you made a macro for save it

Hey Kryptaros,

If things aren’t saving it may be due to an issue with the UI files. What we can have you try would be to clear out the UI completely, which will have the game redownload your Macros from the server. If you are using any addons you’ll have to reinstall those as well, but I would recommend waiting until after you verify the issue gets resolved.

Resetting the user interface

If you are still experiencing the issue after doing this, you can also try setting WoW.exe and Battle.net.exe to run as administrator

I fix’d it.

The issue was, because I’m using google to backup my WTF folder. Everytime I change something on my weakauras or macros it auto updates to google. So If you reload while doing that for some reason it clears it.
