It looks like a closeup of your weapon. I’d bet its getting in the way of whatever process they use to generate forum avatars from the armory.
You can see the spokes and what looks like it could be the center green circle.
Typical gnomes, always trying to stand out You could try logging out and back in but idk if that will fix it. I’d say give it a few days (years) and then contact support if it refuses to change.
Sometimes a poor gnome has his weapon swing a bit too far in front of his little face and that’s what probably happened to you.
