Why rush it?
I still have plenty of time to pre-order the Collector’s Edition. I might wait til December. Maybe a relative or friend would give me Collector’s Edition as Xmas gift. They all know I still play WoW.
Saying you’re not going to preorder is like saying you’re not going to play WoW next year, which everyone knows is a lie.
People can still be disappointed and complain though, I have no problem with that. Personally I’m disappointed we aren’t getting High Elves and Forest Trolls which would have suited this expac perfectly, instead we get Harronir which should have been along side the Dwarves in TTW.
Total missed opportunity.

The only expansion I ever preordered was WoD, because of the then new bundle upgrade system. I won’t be pre-ordering this one.

not really.
a lot of folks around here are living on borrowed time.
people who started playing in their 20s, are now in their 40s.
people who started playing in their 40s, are now in their 60s.
prime time for cancer and other terminal illness to take hold.
there’s a whole lot of people who are just thankful to make it through the night.

I’m sorry but if you play retail WoW and are currently prowling the forums, there is a very high chance, I would say extremely high chance that we will all be seeing you in Midnight.
I’m not using cancer as a metric to determine who won’t be with us long enough to be playing next year, what an absolute morbid and obscure way to nullify my point, why would you even bring that up?
The Earth could be struck by an asteroid and all life could come to an end in 9 months. Does that mean people who use IPhones won’t be using them next year because of what COULD happen? Probably not.

this game is their only escape.

be thankful that people have something they can immerse themself in.

I come from a generation that pre-ordering games wasn’t a thing and I’ve always morally opposed it. Not giving my money to someone for a product that doesn’t even exist.
