Would have been cooler if like Azshara, Helya’s tentacles dragged her to hell or she had a Terminator moment as she descends into a pool of Maw lava.
Better yet, made her a chew toy for the Maldraxxus dragon. Her jumping into the stream of souls just seemed…meh.
