Imagine 10,000 years ago your Queen from the next city over sends out a “conquer and chill?” invite to the biggest bad in the galaxy. He invades and while your people are all dying around you, you decide to close up shop.

You spend 10,000 years in a bubble to escape the legion. But then decide to let the legion in anyway. You lose your religion and any sense of the world outside. Then your kin, someone who was from a few towns over, comes and visits. Helps you escape the legion and your oppressors.

And you thank them by burning down their tree.

I know a medication, but you will have to swim in the lava in the Firelands for several hours to find it. It’s a random spawn blue bottle at the bottom of the lava flow that spawns once every 8 hours and de-spawns if not found in 2 minutes.

You can take it orally in pill form or as an injection. It’s fairly safe the only known side effects are you might hear voices in your head claiming you’re “tall one” or get lesions on your ankles. In which case you should see your doctor or exorcist immediately.

This is the best option if the gnome is slow roasted and juicy.
