I can’t find my characters? I’m returning after a few years and I’m logged in and on the correct realm. I can even see my characters on the website and none of them are showing up on my account in game?

The character you’re posting from looks to be on Zuljin from the armory, is that the server you’re connecting to? If yes, you may want to open a ticket for the staff to look into this for you.
I found the issue was that after being away for a long time my character list took time to populate. I logged in and waited 15 minutes and the list populated finally.
