What’s is going on Blizz?..all my toons are gone…show i have 5 more months sub but i got a trial verison of the game when i’m trying to log in?..what’s happening?

Are you logging on the right account license? If it can help, I have 4 missing License on my battlenet app.
I do not have other option than the starter E.U verison…and i play US version wich is gone …i cannot into my account period!
I have the same problem on Khazgoroth
The Thunderlord Realm and all of my characters are also missing. 
I found this post and followed the instructions to Logout and Login manually (typing in your email/password at the log-in screen of WoW), making sure to choose the correct WoW version and was able to successfully log-in. I hope it works for others too:
