My character has green goggles on his head after the game update this week. No matter I change other equipment or appearance, it always exists and covers other head appearances.
I have reinstalled the game and reset all settings but it still doesn’t fix the problem. I have no idea how to fix it.

I have the same problem and have opened up a ticket but haven’t heard anything back. I’m glad i’m not the only one. Hopefully they will fix it
It seems to be only effecting my dk though
Could it be the Brewfest goggle buff/appearance?
It’s most likely from the quest
Dying or queueing into arena skirmish are the general things to try to fix issues like this.
