My character is stuck falling and is disconnected after a second. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps in the Stuck Character Service. I need help from an admin to move my character out of Silithus completely. Please help.

This has been happening to my main character and none of myothers and i opened a ticket after first checking the forums and doing all they asked on the support page like re installing and even deleting all addons and managers and going into the ui to fix caches, the response i got for the ticket was just a link back to the support page obviously sent to me by a bot and they claimed my ticket was resolved, super disappointed in blizzard rn horrible customer support and no way to get help for this issue

the problem is ive used that stuck character service 3 times and its not actually moving my character to a safe graveyard im still stuck falling, so they need to fix this

Thanks Liamglenn for the reply. but as Skulduggeryy adds below, I have used the move character service and tried all the troubleshooting steps. With the link you sent, this is now the 6 time I have used it. I do not know what else to do so I posted here under tech support issues in case someone can help. Thank you for the reply, it is appreciated.
How did they help you Skul? was there a ticket or something that you submitted? I would like to know so I can maybe get some help on this. Any information is appreciated.
I recommended shutting off wow and the link with a web browser… Not in game; although there is one in game.
At the end of the 4 hour cool down, so for the last 24 hours of cool downs?.. Is 6 times tried?
There is a link at bottom of page for you to create a ticket if it does not work.
If the self help stuck system doesn’t help, and it goes to cooldown, you can submit a GM follow up ticket.

I did not see a link at the bottom of the page after I tried the service, but I checked Skul’s posts on other posts and found the link for the Ticket that worked. I know have a ticket submitted. I had tried to put one in last night, but the link must have been bad as it just hung spinning for like 30mins or so. Thank for your replies.

It was at the bottom of this page that the ticket link is/was.
Thank you all for your help, I really appreciate the links and the posts. A GM picked up the ticket and the issue was fixed not long after the ticket was put in.

Sounds like you people are having the same problem I’m having. I just tried opening a ticket. Here’s hoping.
