My car is gone lol, anyone else?

So after i did a world quest with the newspapers, i can no longer mount the g-99 car… the button for it is gone, already disabled add ons and stuff, relogged, rezoned, and reloaded ui… i dont understand how someone can charge $100 for xpacks, and $15 a month and their game is consta broken

I haven’t been down there yet after reset so I can’t check it. There was an issue for me before the reset though if I changed from ret to protection it would jack up the car settings. I had to go back to the npc to fix the damn thing. It was driving me nuts because I switch back and forth to tank those group rares that spawn.

The fireworkit world quest (not up) is one way to fix it. There’s probably other ways to fix it involving the vehicle ui.

Try leaving the zone and coming back, or WM?

It appeared as a special action button the first time, and you drag to a hot key. That’s gone too, just a blank?

I wonder what goes on behind the scenes during shutdown that causes stuff like this to break

Generally, when this bug manifests, the car button stays on your action bar but decides that you’re not in undermine. I’ve never had it happen so I can’t troubleshoot it, but I know that hopping onto a barrel for fireworkit world quest and instantly exiting fixes this issue. That said, that world quest isn’t up right now. Can try special assignment: boom! headshot!, since that seems to me like it’d be a similar endeavor.
