I havenāt had much trouble with it but if I may offer some feedback it feels like the board gravity can actively work against you in this thing.
Maybe donāt have it so gems can fall through the bottom, just have fixed boards. This would make it a lot easier for people to actually plan moves ahead and line up gems which is how these games usually work.
I would highly recommend the devs in charge of this minigame take a look at something like the Match 3 genre on MSN games. There is a reason most of them have fixed boards.
Didnāt do either, I still donāt have ogrilla rep up, and never will. I forgot about Plants vs Zombies, I had my granddaughter do that one, she flew right thru it. I still donāt understand that game.
So thatās what your supposed to do. I had no idea and spent 15 minutes messing around with it without direction. It wouldnāt let me exit the game by using the exit vehicle hotkey, flight whistle, hearthstone, or character stuck button. End Tasking WoW worked though.
Different strokes for different folks I guess, Iād much rather shake it up once in a while and do something random like that, than just āgo kill x amount of these or grab y amount of thoseā every quest.
I didnāt mind the Kirin Tor dailies either, and honestly, if they made a toy out of the quest so I could play Nazjatar Crush while I waited for the one guy to come back from break during raids, that would be great.
Is it anything like the lucid nightmare quest? There was a candy crush quest where you had align 5 in a row for that. Took me a bit of time but I never played that kind of game before.
Please donāt. Stop dumbing down quests because some people are having difficulty with it. This is a world quest, it isnāt end game, and just leave it as it is.
The school isnāt going to dumb down math for you - just practice and get better. So please, leave it alone. Let some things be difficult. I can promise you, the payoff is so much sweeter when it is solved in its current iteration.
Please! No more pruning, or nerfing, or whatever. Thanks.
So youāre saying that you outsourced that specialized task to an expert? Iām curious to know what she charged you, like a ice cream or some cookies or something? I hope you gave her a great review on yelp.
I wondered about that, I didnāt know if the colorblind setting helped at all, I know thereās symbols in them too but my eyes arenāt great and I had trouble picking those out. I canāt imagine being colorblind on top of that.
I agree on principle but this is a bad thing to cry āstop dumbing down!ā over.
Itās a world quest that is apparently taking some people half an hour or more and there is no easy way to cancel out of it (mounting a 2 person mount does it). That grinds everyoneās experience to a halt at a wall of gameplay completely unrelated to what they came here for.
Also I am a game designer myself, Iāve worked on RPGs AND on Match 3. Match 3 is what I currently do. I know the genre. The WoW version is not a good example of it. I could (and have) done better while sick.
Iād redesign the thing, but making it 3 matches of smaller clusters will simplify it considerably in terms of time investment.
