I boosted my account to level 50 but didn’t see the Legion: The Legion Returns quest at the call board so I tried to unlock the title: Veteran of the 4th War by completing all of Battle for Azeroth but I still do not see the quest at my call board.

This was also my experience, only with a level 48 Character Boost. I made a brand new Shaman, leveled up to 10 and had the option to play Legion or other Timewalking content through Chromie. Then I decided to use my boost on this Shaman, bringing him up to 48. At that point I only had the option to play the Shadowlands campaign, there were no “Fight the Legion” or other questline options at the Warchief’s Command Board and Chromie just says something like “Azeroth needs your help” and has no Timewalking options.
Bumping this because I have the same problem. I returned after a long time away from the game and wanted to unlock some of the Allied races to use my level 50 boost on, but I can’t accept the quest from anyone/anywhere.
Has there been a solution to this yet? I’ve been working for days trying to help my husband unlock his Shaman class hall and gain followers but haven’t been successful. I submitted a ticket for help and was told to refer to Wowhead for assistance which I’ve clearly done to no avail. We really want to unlock our class mounts but we can’t seem to get him where he needs to be with it. He is using a boosted Shaman. He has the Dalaran hearthstone (which he can’t use) and I haven’t been able to find the starting quests. We’ve also completed the Broken Shore quests. The command board in Org gives every expansion quest but I didn’t see any Legion zones on there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
