that is insane…i always thought it was computed off of base 100% move speed. so if a slow was 70%, you walked at 30%, and then say you got a 5% boost and now you move at 35%. danggg.

Ngl, I’m surprised they nerfed any part of rogue’s damage and kit before touching crippling poison. Permanent chains of ice is wild.
Chains & crip are oppressive
Chains should be 80% until they gut paladin.

They should have never given rogues ranged poison application or touched anti poison abilities.
Abolish poison was such a good button.
They should bring back the paladin talent that makes the target resistant to things it dispels. (Dispel shadow = shadow resist, dispel nature = nature resist)

Yeah, and thank god. Fighting a ret or hpal as a melee without a ret or hpal is absolute misery.

Despite them saying we were getting “several” pvp talent updates next patch, only the first round had any changes and it was mostly tank specs. Seems stuff is gonna stay pretty stagnant at this point
