During the anniversary, I used the balloons multiple times, really just to navigate down because it was convenient, i later found out this was an achievement but the achievement never registered for my character?
are we thinking of the right balloons?
Also, you needed to ride the balloon for a specific duration to trigger achievement credit.

I mean I would ride it down the the central area (with the quest) and I’d rode one that she had for sale. How long did you have to ride it?
longer than that, apparently

Oh wow, thanks for the info and help, that sucks T_T it was the only achievement i’m missing for the mount.
