I recently changed from Orc to Goblin, but my armory page still shows Orc after a couple of days. it even says Goblin but the image shows an Orc. anyone know why this is happening ?
The armory can take some time to update when there’s a change like this. There’s really no forcing it and it just sorta updates, when it updates. You can try forcing an update by changing your password, but beyond that only time can tell when it will catch up 
The Armory is pretty broken. I done a Faction Change a week ago and the model still not show on Armory, all pages that show the model avatar have no image for my char. A new character I created two days ago has no model show also, and the char I moved today to another server probably will be “modelless” forever like the others on Armory.

It’s not just you. I’ve seen other reports of this, and for me, the armory has been stuck on the same images for my old characters (transmog changes) and new characters (silhouettes) for about a week now. Some new characters even show a character with a completely incorrect faction and class. So, it is definitely having some kind of hangup lately, as if not caching the images properly. The gear names and transmogged names are all updating upon logout. Normally these visual changes will appear within 1-3 days.
